2024 Modern Slavery Statement
The Challenge
Mirvac required their 2024 Modern Slavery Statement to visually align with their recently released Annual Report to maintain a consistent corporate suite. The primary challenge was the document's central risk map, which was a highly intricate bubble chart plotting over 60 different professions against their modern slavery risk factors. We needed to present this dense, overlapping data in a way that was immediately readable and easy for stakeholders to understand, all while strictly adhering to Mirvac's established brand guidelines.
The Solution
We applied the visual framework from the 2024 Annual Report to ensure the document fit seamlessly alongside their other corporate publications. To solve the complexity of the risk map, we focused heavily on straightforward information design. By using deliberate colour-coding, varying bubble sizes, and a clean grid structure, we organised the large volume of data points into an accessible format. This practical approach prevented the chart from becoming cluttered, allowing readers to quickly identify high-risk supply chain categories at a glance while remaining completely compliant with the brand.
